Service Description
This is the primary gathering at Guiding Light Wellness — a virtual group session built on the framework of Revelation 12:11: "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony." Each session equips you to fight well. We cover the war strategies God has given us — worship, prayer, and spiritual disciplines — remind you of the authority and protection you carry through Christ, and walk together through real-life trials by the power of shared testimony. Nisha brings her own God-written story into every session, and the room is built for yours. This is not therapy. This is the Body of Christ gathered to suffer well, overcome, and testify together. Sessions are held virtually via Zoom. A permanent session link will be shared upon registration. Pricing and session schedule are being finalized. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Guiding Light! We're committed to providing you with a seamless and transformative counseling experience. Please review our booking policy to ensure clarity and mutual respect for your time and ours. 1. Appointment Scheduling: How to Book: Appointments can be scheduled through our online client portal. Please select a time that best suits your availability. Session Duration: Sessions are typically 50 minutes, allowing us to focus deeply on your needs. Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details upon booking. Please keep this for your records. 2. Payment: Rates: Our sessions are priced at $150/hr. We offer a limited number of sliding scale and pro-bono sessions, when applicable at sole discretion of GLW. Payment Method: Payments are due at the time of booking via the invoice sent to your email on file 3. Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises. 4. Rescheduling: Flexible Options: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our website. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 5. Confidentiality: Your Privacy Matters: All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will be protected in accordance with professional ethical standards. 6. Communication: Contacting Us: If you have any questions or concerns about your appointment, please reach out via email or through the client portal. We strive to respond within 24 hours. 7. Emergency Situations: Urgent Support: If you are in crisis and need immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or visit your nearest emergency room. For ongoing support, please schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience. 8.
